This service gives our clients the opportunity to pay utility bills and other periodical liabilities (electricity, water, heating, telephone, Internet, GSM, etc.) Through the centralized system of EasyPay by visiting any office in the network of EasyPay AD. No registration is required to use the service. However, clients have to provide their subscription number, telephone number, client’s number or other relevant information for the correct execution of the payment of their bill with the respective service provider. They can receive such information from the merchant they wish to pay to. The list of all merchants in the network of EasyPay AD is available here.
When a client makes a payment, the respective merchant automatically receives information from EasyPay AD about the transaction. This way clients don’t have to do anything else to prove they have paid their liabilities.
Clients can also register for free in the system of EasyPay AD. The registration allows them to receive real-time information about all their utility bills via SMS or by visiting any office of EasyPay AD. Clients can pay their bills altogether or separately as they prefer. During registration, information about the client’s subscription number with the respective merchants is stored in the system. All clients need to do after that is provide only their EasyPay client’s registration number.
The execution of bill payments itself is based upon a well-established infrastructure for accepting payments to utility service providers. In practice, our clients can make payments to all major providers of community services in Bulgaria. A key advantage is that clients can pay their bills for any city, town or village, regardless of their current position. They can also pay their utility bills and other services online at ePay.bg.
